By creating an account, accessing, or using ArchiveFlow's services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. These terms apply to all users of the service, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

2. Description of Service

ArchiveFlow provides intelligent data archiving solutions for no-code platforms including but not limited to Airtable, Trello, ClickUp, Notion, Monday.com, and Asana. Our service helps businesses optimize their workflows by automatically archiving older records while maintaining accessibility and searchability.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and maintain the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3.2 Account Responsibility

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

4.1 Permitted Use

You may use ArchiveFlow only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the service in any way that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law
  • Transmit or upload any material that contains software viruses or any other harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
  • Use the service to store or transmit any unlawful, harmful, threatening, or obscene content
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers connected to the service
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service

5. Data Handling and Privacy

5.1 Your Data

You retain all rights to your data. ArchiveFlow processes your data solely to provide the archiving services as described in our Privacy Policy. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data.

5.2 Data Security

We maintain enterprise-grade security measures including SOC 2 compliance, end-to-end encryption, and regular security audits. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

6. Subscription and Billing

6.1 Subscription Plans

ArchiveFlow offers various subscription plans with different features and usage limits. Current pricing is available on our website and may be updated from time to time.

6.2 Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these terms or as required by law.

6.3 Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period for new users. At the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically continue and you will be charged the applicable subscription fee unless you cancel before the trial period ends.

7. Service Availability and Support

7.1 Service Uptime

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our services. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible. We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

7.2 Support

Support is provided based on your subscription plan. Enterprise customers receive priority support with dedicated account management.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

8.1 ArchiveFlow IP

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ArchiveFlow, Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

8.2 User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the service. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and process such content solely to provide the service.

9. Termination

9.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team or through your account settings. Upon termination, we will provide you with the ability to export your data for a period of 30 days.

9.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you breach these Terms of Service or engage in any activity that we determine to be harmful to our service or other users.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ArchiveFlow, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ArchiveFlow, Inc. and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the service or your violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in San Francisco, California.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by email or through the service. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
